Regulations ## Peruvian regulations, built in from the design Personal data protection: in Peru, the processing of personal data is governed by Law No. 29733 and its regulations, overseen by the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. A system that stores data about customers, patients, students or employees has to let your company comply with its own data policy: recording consent and handling data subjects’ requests. Electronic receipts: if the system sells or invoices, issuing electronic payment receipts to SUNAT is handled by connecting it to the electronic invoicing provider your company already uses.
