## Project overview

Website development for a medical services company, with online appointment booking, specialist profiles and content designed for local and international patients.

## Challenges

In healthcare, the first consultation starts online: the site had to convey clinical credibility, load fast and let patients book an appointment without calling. We worked hand in hand with the medical team to translate their service into language patients understand.

## Client goals

Increase appointments booked through digital channels and project a professional image that backs the quality of the service in front of patients and insurers.
