Project overview
Krypto provides accounting, payroll, tax and administrative outsourcing from Bogotá, and it does not do it alone: around it are four more companies —Kharonte in technology and cybersecurity, integrIA, MonarKa and Krypto Auditores— that round out the offer. We redesigned the corporate website in 2025 so that the group could be understood at a glance and so that each service came with its list of deliverables, not a generic promise.
The challenge
Selling outsourcing online is hard for three reasons that show up as soon as you look at the analytics of a site like this:
A group of companies confuses before it impresses. Five brands scattered across a site read as five different providers. The whole ecosystem had to be shown without forcing anyone to piece it together.
“Accounting outsourcing” tells the decision-maker nothing. The CFO evaluating providers wants to know whether it includes reconciliations, whether it files with the DIAN (Colombia’s tax authority) and who answers when something breaks. That is a list, not a paragraph.
An outsourcing contract is not signed on a website. The site does not close the sale: it earns the first conversation. Everything that does not lead there —or that reaches sales without context— is dead weight.
Goals
That the five-company ecosystem shows in full on the home page, that each service line can be compared with the others because they are all described the same way, and that the form reaches the sales team saying which service the lead is interested in. And that the site remained editable by Krypto without depending on us for every change.
The redesign, screen by screen

Five companies that finally read as one
Krypto, Kharonte, integrIA, MonarKa and Krypto Auditores share a single band, and visitors move from one to another without leaving the home page. Before, you had to piece the group together from scattered mentions.

The proof, up top and unadorned
The clients already working with the group appear before the pitch begins. It is the shortest answer to the question anyone evaluating an outsourcing provider brings with them.

A dedicated page for services
The menu no longer scatters the catalog across loose links: there is one page that opens with the company’s purpose and goes down into the four outsourcing lines, each with its own block.

Every service opens its list of deliverables
Accounting outsourcing is not a three-line promise: it is eight named deliverables —financial statements, reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable— and each card expands to give the details.

The same structure across all four lines
Payroll, tax management and administrative management follow the same pattern: a headline, one sentence explaining the risk they remove and eight deliverables. Comparing two services no longer takes effort.

The form asks what you need
Eight service-of-interest checkboxes —from accounting outsourcing to equipment sales and rental— reach the CRM along with the contact details. The sales conversation starts already knowing what it is about.
What the redesign included
The site also serves clients and hires
An outsourcing provider gets two very different kinds of visits. A client who is already on board does not want a form: they want the phone number of the person handling their project, and for that the site publishes a contact directory organized by coordination, specialists and leadership. Job seekers come in through another door: the openings page lists the open positions with their work arrangement and lets people apply by uploading their résumé. Both used to be handled by email.
A site the client can edit
Krypto publishes job openings, blog posts and directory updates more often than a development cycle can keep up with. The site was built on WordPress with visual editing, so a text change, a new opening or a contact with a new cell phone number is handled by its own team. The form lives in the CRM, so the fields and recipients can also be adjusted without touching the site.
Technologies used
The track-record and team-size figures on this page —27 years of operation and more than 120 professionals and external consultants— belong to Krypto and are published on its own website. They are not a result of this project.
