Personal data protection: in Colombia, the processing of personal data is governed by Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees. A system that stores data about customers, patients, students or employees has to let your company comply with its own data policy: recording consent, handling requests and deleting data when required.
Petitions, complaints and claims (PQRS): in Colombia, a PQR answered after its deadline is a risk for the company, not just an unhappy customer. That is why Support 360 counts each case’s deadline from the moment it is filed; the term is configured by case type, because not every sector has the same one.
Invoicing and payments: if the system sells or invoices, the connection to your electronic invoicing provider and payment methods is defined in the diagnosis, using the ones your company already has.
