RegulationsWhat operating in Mexico requires, built in from the design
Electronic invoicing: in Mexico, invoices are issued as CFDI and stamped through an authorized certification provider (PAC). If the system sells or invoices, the connection to your PAC — or to the invoicing system you already use — is defined in the diagnosis.
Personal data protection: the processing of personal data by private companies is governed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). A system that stores data about customers, patients, students or employees has to let your company publish its privacy notice and handle ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
Payment methods: if the system charges customers, it takes into account the methods they use — card, SPEI bank transfer or cash payment at convenience stores — and the gateway is chosen in the diagnosis.
