Project overview
Every year the Congreso de Líderes brings together executives, entrepreneurs and innovators from Latin America and the United States around leadership, organizational culture and technology. It started in 2020 and is now in its seventh edition, held in 2026 in Lima, Mexico City and Bogotá. We have supported it for three consecutive editions on three fronts: the event’s IT infrastructure, the website that sells it and keeps it running online, and the video coverage of every day.
The challenge
A conference is nothing like a system that runs every day. It has three things working against it:
It happens only once. There is no maintenance window, no emergency deployment and no second chance. Whatever fails at nine in the morning has failed for good, in front of a full room.
It serves two audiences at once. Those in the auditorium and those who bought virtual access need different things —check-in at the door or a username and password—, but the same panel, at the same time and with the same quality.
The site reinvents itself every year. Slogan, cities, panelists, sponsors and prices change completely from one edition to the next, and the record of past editions has to stay up: it is what convinces a new sponsor.
Goals
That tickets sell on their own, even overnight; that virtual attendees get in without calling anyone; that the venue works on event day without the organizers having to think about technology; and that when it is over there is enough material to tell the story of the edition and promote the next one.
What we do, edition after edition

Online ticketing with card payments
Three ticket types —in-person, virtual and group— sold from the same site, with a card payment gateway and the confirmation email sent automatically. The Congreso stops chasing bank deposits and sees up-to-date sales, city by city.

A site that is remade every year without starting from scratch
Each edition changes its slogan, panelists, cities and sponsors, but keeps the same domain and its search rankings. The site is built so the Congreso team can rewrite the whole edition from the admin panel, without knocking on our door for every date change.

Panelists, each with their own profile
Each panelist has their photo, title, company and an extended profile. It is the most shared page in the weeks before the event and the one that carries half the traffic of the promotion campaign.

The results of each edition, published
Registrations, social reach, leaders on stage and web views stay visible on the same site. It is what the Congreso shows a sponsor who asks what they are buying, which is why the site also has to support that conversation.

The venue, set up and connected
Screen, sound, network and the registration equipment at the entrance. A conference happens only once: there is no maintenance window and no second try, so the whole setup is tested the day before and there is a fallback plan for every point that could fail.

The live feed, for those who bought virtual access
The panel happening in the room is streamed to those who bought virtual access and log in with their account. Two different audiences watch the same thing at the same time, and the second one only exists if the stream holds up for all four hours.

Coverage of the entire day
Photography and video of the panels, the networking and the awards, delivered same-day for social media and edited later for the website and next year’s promotion. This year’s conference footage is half of the sales pitch for the next one.
What we provide
The conference in numbers
editions since 2020, the 2026 one in three countries
in-person registrations in the 2025 edition
social media views in 2025
leaders on stage, from a global network of 267
web views and 10,638 logins in 2025
sponsors in 2025, compared with 2 in 2020
Figures published by the Congreso de Líderes itself at congresodelideres.com. They are the event’s results, not a measurement of ours: the first edition closed with 750 participants and a reach of 50,000, and the 2025 edition with 9,100 and 1.4 million.
